I recently stayed at a stunning home in the Colfax Meadows/Studio City/Toluca Lake area of North Los Angeles, and it was an incredible experience! The house was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The beds were amazing, and the blackout curtains in the bedrooms made it easy to sleep in and wake up refreshed.The property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and feels very secure thanks to the electric gate and privacy landscaping. Even though it’s tucked away from street noise, you’re just minutes from fantastic shops, coffee spots, and restaurants on Tujunga Avenue, Ventura Boulevard, and in the NoHo Arts District. The location is perfect for exploring LA. Quick access to Universal Studios, Warner Brothers Studio, Griffith Observatory, and an easy drive into Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica. Head west and you’re close to Sherman Oaks, Encino, Topanga, Calabasas, and even Malibu in about 30 minutes. This home is ideal for families!

We had an amazing stay at this home. It comfortably accommodated our group and offered plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their own peace of mind. The layout is spacious and well designed, making it great for both gathering together and unwinding.The house is absolutely beautiful from the modern architecture and lighting to the tasteful wall décor throughout. The appliances were high-end, and the showers were excellent with consistently hot water, which was a big plus. One of our favorite features was the in-ground fire pit, which we enjoyed several evenings.The location is fantastic, with many stores and essentials within walking distance and easy access by car. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and any issue that came up was handled quickly and professionally. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nightmare situation with our original VRBO booking just 24 hours before check-in. After dealing with a rude and unhelpful VRBO relocation supervisor—and discovering our first reservation was a fraudulent listing with someone actually living in the home—we were left scrambling to find a place for 12 people. With very few last-minute options, Maimon Group was the only one to respond almost immediately.Huge shoutout to Carmi for easing my anxiety and making the rebooking/check-in process as smooth as possible. They were incredibly communicative throughout our stay, checked in daily, and responded quickly to any questions. I will absolutely book with them again!
